Sukhi and Josh are a husband-and-wife team who bring together therapeutic expertise, financial leadership, and holistic wellness to create a grounded, supportive, and inspiring space for teens.

Sukhi Jaipaul

A certified child and family therapist with over 20 years of experience, Sukhi has supported children and youth in schools, community programs, and through their healing centre in Canada. She specializes in emotional regulation, communication skills, identity development, and family well-being.

Josh Jaipaul

With a background in retirement planning and investments, Josh has volunteered for years teaching financial literacy in schools. He has mentored youth through programs like Girl Guides of Canada, helping teens develop confidence and real-life money skills.

A Holistic Approach

Both Sukhi and Josh are trained in Reiki, sound healing, and mindfulness, and they integrate these practices into their programs to help teens feel calm, balanced, and connected. Their combined strengths offer teens emotional support, practical life tools, and a balanced male–female presence.

Together, they have led youth and family programs for many years and are part of NUMA—a local initiative focused on community, humanity, and heart-centered leadership. Their mission is to create safe, uplifting spaces where teens can build confidence, strengthen their well-being, and gain skills that support them in school, friendships, and future opportunities.
