Rent a Space at Creativo Art Center!

Our space is designed for those looking to host creative group or private classes, workshops, or small events in a welcoming and inspiring environment. Whether you're teaching art, dance, wellness, or anything else that sparks creativity, we're here to support you with flexible rentals and a beautiful space to share your talents.

Reservations & Scheduling

If you’ve reserved a specific time, please be punctual—other classes may start right after yours.

You’re welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes early to set up. Please leave the space clean and ready for the next user at the scheduled end time.

Payment

- All rentals must be paid in advance. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.

- Please send payment confirmation to validate your booking.

Pricing

- The first hour is $30. After that, each additional 15 minutes is $5.

- Private room rental is $20 per hour, with $5 for every extra 15 minutes.

- Creativo Art Center reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Changes & Refunds

- Payments are non-refundable.

- You may reschedule your reservation up to 7 days before the original date, depending on availability.

- Any change requests after the reservation date can be made within 14 days, and are also subject to availability.

Student Management

- We do not handle student sign-ups or collect class fees. This is the full responsibility of the person renting the space.

Promotion & Advertising

- Want help promoting your class? We can include you in our weekly schedule, WhatsApp groups, and social media for a one-time commission of $10 per student referred.

- Promotional flyers must include our logo and location.

- Need help designing a flyer? We offer this service for $15.
